Update from Caroline
As of August 2025, I have formally withdrew from professional counseling licensure and am no longer accepting counseling clients.

I now offer direct client services through:
-
Growth Groups at Facing Giants – in-person in Eugene, OR for women and children.
-
Exclusive Group Coaching (ReclaimHER) – available nationwide, remotely, with plans to launch in-person coaching cohorts Winter 2025, depending on need.
Shifting from counseling to coaching has allowed me to reach more women navigating abuse and help them reclaim their lives faster and more holistically than counseling alone often allowed. Traditional counseling can feel disconnected from the legal nightmare divorce becomes for women. Coaching gives me the freedom to blend forward-strategizing with trauma recovery—a unique approach that neither traditional divorce coaching nor therapy has yet combined.
Because of my counseling background and experience as a former therapist, I also bring a healing-through-the-chaos lens: we don’t just focus on strategy, we also look at the whole body—your nervous system, stress responses, and emotional health—so you have the strongest foundation to move out of the chaos and into the life you’ve always deserved.
This is the first of its kind: stop separating the various processes during the highest-stress season of your life. What you need is someone who’s been there, who has both trauma-informed training and legal knowledge (I am not an attorney but understand the ins and outs as a former therapist and mom), to help you map your safest exit.
Don’t waste precious time and money with “typical” divorce coaches who push services costing tens of thousands of dollars—with no guarantee the court will grant your request for them, or reimburse you later. Instead, let’s focus on what matters: building a solid strategy out, so you don’t get locked in years-long divorces that keep your future delayed and out of your control.
Peaceful Resilience Counseling – formerly Caroline’s private practice – is now evolving into a hub for provider education and specialized domestic violence recovery care.
Our mission is two-fold:

-
Training Providers: equipping professionals with education in domestic violence awareness and infant loss awareness, preparing them to support survivors without causing unintentional harm.
-
Centering Recovery: continuing to build a counseling center that truly prioritizes the realities of domestic violence recovery, where women and children can access safe, affirming spaces for healing.
Because true healing requires both supportive spaces for women and children and providers who are prepared to understand and respond to the complexities of trauma.
